When you purchased your Viya Communication Cloud (Hosted PBX) system it was initially setup with the physical address that you provided. In the event that a 911 call is placed using your Communication Cloud system, that address will be given to emergency services for response.

This system is setup to allow you the customer the ability to change the location of your E-911 services. One of the key features of a typical Hosted Phone System is it's responsiveness to your business needs. In the event that you have changed your location, this tool will allow you to provide Viya with the new E-911 location.
